Haven Method LLC is the data controller responsible for your personal information. Our registered address is: Haven Method LLC, 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. For any data-related inquiries, contact us at support@havenmethod.com.
When you use Haven, we collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, assessment responses, and any other information you choose to share. We also automatically collect usage data such as pages visited, features used, and device information.
We process your personal data under the following legal bases: (a) Contractual necessity — to provide the services you've purchased or signed up for; (b) Legitimate interest — to improve our platform, prevent fraud, and communicate relevant updates; (c) Consent — for optional features like newsletters, AI-generated recommendations, and analytics cookies. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
We use your information to provide and improve the Haven platform, generate personalized reports and recommendations, communicate with you about your account and services, and ensure the security of our platform.
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Assessment data and personal health information are protected with additional security measures. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. Assessment data and reports are retained for the lifetime of your account to enable longitudinal tracking. If you delete your account, your personal data will be removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., financial transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years). Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained indefinitely for research and platform improvement.
You have the right to access, export, and delete your personal data at any time through your profile settings. Under GDPR, you also have the right to: rectification of inaccurate data, restriction of processing, data portability, objection to processing based on legitimate interest, and lodging a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, contact support@havenmethod.com. We will respond within 30 days.
We use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences. We may use analytics tools to understand how the platform is used and to improve the experience. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.
We use trusted third-party services for payment processing (Stripe), authentication, and analytics. These services have their own privacy policies and are bound by data processing agreements with Haven. We do not share your health assessment data with any third party.
Haven is not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under 16, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. If you believe a child under 16 has provided us with personal data, please contact us at support@havenmethod.com.
Your data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on this page, updating the "last updated" date, and — for significant changes — sending a notification to your registered email address.
If you have questions about this privacy policy, reach out to our support team.
