By accessing or using Haven ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years of age to use Haven. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are between 16 and 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.

Haven provides educational wellness insights, diagnostic assessments, personalized action plans, and AI-powered holistic intelligence tools. The Service is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

Certain features of the Service require payment. By purchasing a subscription or one-time product, you agree to pay the specified fees. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage your subscription from your profile settings.

All content, features, and functionality of Haven are owned by Haven Method LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your assessment results and personal data remain yours.

Haven is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Haven Method LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is not a substitute for professional medical advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

If you are unsatisfied with Haven Clarity and do not feel you received clear direction, you may request a full refund by contacting support@havenmethod.com within 30 days of purchase.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though provisions regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Haven Method LLC. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Haven Method LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.
