By accessing or using haven.charity and any services provided by Haven for Humanity ("the Organization"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Haven for Humanity is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization on a simple mission: help make healthier living more accessible through education, community, and practical support. Our EIN is available upon request for tax-deduction verification purposes.

By signing the Haven Pledge, you are making a personal commitment to holistic well-being. The Pledge is not a legally binding contract, financial obligation, or membership agreement. Your name and general location may be displayed on the public Pledge map unless you opt out.

All donations to Haven for Humanity are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Donations are final and non-refundable unless made in error, in which case you may contact us within 30 days for a refund. Donation receipts are provided for tax purposes as required by IRS regulations.

Applications to start a Haven Center are subject to review and approval by Haven for Humanity. Approval of an application does not create an employment, franchise, or agency relationship. Haven Centers operate as independent community programs under our guidelines.

Volunteers participate at their own risk. Haven for Humanity does not provide insurance coverage for volunteer activities unless otherwise specified in writing.

All content on haven.charity, including text, graphics, logos, and educational materials, is the property of Haven for Humanity and protected by copyright law. You may share our content for non-commercial, educational purposes with proper attribution.

Haven for Humanity provides educational resources and community programs. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our programs and materials are for informational and educational purposes only.

Haven for Humanity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in our programs or use of our services.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation before pursuing other remedies.
